Doing this whole thing was new to me and really out of my bubble. This is even
my first time doing a blog or a proper website, so it was really fun to see what I
could produce and what the outlook would be like. Especially with people I
hadn't worked with before in a whole new environment so that was good to be
around.
A highlight: Recording the scenes for the film as we worked together, had fun
and learned new skills.
A downfall: Writing dairy entries during the trip because we were kept busy
during our stay, and it was easy to forget, which then led to procrastinating.
So what happened next?

After receiving feedback about my CV while at the BFI Film & Video Workshop,
I've been able to improve it based on what needs improving since returning
home.
Occasionally, I receive emails from Simon, who was in charge during my stay at
the BFI Film and Video Workshop, suggesting somewhere along the lines of job
opportunities. I hope to look into them further and apply for the ones that I can
attend.
Mr Lopez, my media teacher who first emailed me about the BFI course, made
a section in the school's newspaper for Haben and I. This was to explain the
summary of what we did, and give the chance for more students in our school
to find out about the course.
Haben and I wrote about our time at the BFI to our school's website and social media so students
are more informed about the course, and might be people who would want to
apply, but just didn't hear about it.
